These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Iván de Cabo, NIF 43214855V, with registered address at Calle Las Morerillas 5, 41701 Dos Hermanas, Sevilla, Spain ("nailed", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the nailed iOS app or its Share Extension (together, the "App") you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App. For questions write to nailedclub@gmail.com.

1. Who can use the App

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use the App. If you are under the legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App.

The App is sold and distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). These Terms supplement the Apple EULA; in case of conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA on matters Apple specifically covers, the Apple EULA prevails for those matters.

2. The service

nailed lets you generate AI-powered virtual nail try-on images using photos you provide. The result is created by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf. AI output is probabilistic — results may differ between runs and may not perfectly match the input design.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will tell you in advance about material changes that affect a paid plan.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and of the AI-generated images returned to you (collectively, "Your Content").

You grant nailed a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, modify and transmit Your Content only to the extent necessary to operate the App, generate the try-on, and deliver the result to your device. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our service providers' infrastructure (see our Privacy Policy).

You promise that:

We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe these promises have been broken.
