Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stamio (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Stamio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it

User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and stamp creations made using the App.

Your content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including lifetime purchase and monthly subscription options for Stamio Pro. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies.
