Welcome to T-Boost Scan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the T-Boost Scan mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Anton Dimas ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. No Medical Advice

T-Boost Scan is not a medical device. The App provides information and "T-Impact Scores" for educational and informational purposes only.

• The content, including scores, insights, and AI Advisor responses, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the App.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
• Account Security: If the App requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Health Data and Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your data, including:

• Captured Health Data: We may collect health-related data (such as ingredients from scans, manual health inputs, and generated T-Impact Scores).
• Usage: This data is used solely to provide your personalized experience and is stored securely via Apple CloudKit.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by law. You shall not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
