These terms describe the rules for using CullyLog, including optional Pro features like AI recipe tools and cloud backup.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CullyLog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

CullyLog is a personal cooking archive for saving, editing, revisiting, and organizing your dish notes, ingredients, steps, tags, and photos. Some additional tools are offered through an optional paid membership, CullyLog Pro.

3. Eligibility and Account Context

CullyLog does not require a traditional app account for basic use. Optional Pro features may rely on your Apple App Store or Google Play billing account, RevenueCat entitlement status, installation information, and cloud backup recovery code.

4. Membership and Billing

Pro membership is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the platform stores.
• Restore flows depend on store and RevenueCat availability.
• Paid features may evolve over time.

5. AI Recipe Tools

AI recipe tools are optional helpers. They may generate incomplete, incorrect, or overly generic output. You are responsible for reviewing any generated draft before saving or relying on it.

Do not treat AI output as medical, dietary, allergy, nutrition, or food-safety advice.

6. Cloud Backup

If you use Pro cloud backup, you choose when to upload your archive. Restoring a cloud backup replaces the current local archive on your device with the backed-up archive.
