1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Habitool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service Habitool is a personal habit tracking app. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your habit data on any server.

3. In-App Purchases Habitool offers an optional Pro subscription with auto-renewable billing. The subscription price and length are displayed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within Habitool is owned by Teodor-Andrei Popa and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties Habitool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teodor-Andrei Popa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
