Terms of Use for Stampscape

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Stampscape. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Stampscape is a personal journaling and creative memory app that allows users to create stamp-style diary entries using photos, text, and optional location information.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or interfere with the app’s operation.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Stampscape, including photos, text, and diary entries.

You are responsible for the content you create, import, store, or sync through the app.

You agree not to use the app to create, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

3. Permissions

Certain features may require access to your photo library, camera, location, or iCloud account. These permissions are optional unless needed for a specific feature.

If you deny a permission, some features may not function fully.

4. Premium Features and Purchases

Some features may require a one-time premium purchase.

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. We do not control billing, refunds, or payment processing decisions made by Apple.

If the app offers premium access, the purchase unlocks only the features described at the time of purchase.

5. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your content may sync through Apple’s CloudKit/iCloud services. Availability of sync may depend on Apple services, your Apple account status, network availability, and device settings.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Apple’s cloud services.
