1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

2. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Pricing is displayed within the App and may vary by region.

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by MonkEV and are protected by applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
