These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jira Boss AI ("the Plugin," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a plugin for Crisp.chat that enables users to create Jira issues from Crisp conversations, connect AI services for automated issue generation, and view linked issues within conversations.
By installing, accessing, or using Jira Boss AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use the Plugin, you must have valid accounts with both Crisp.chat and Atlassian Jira. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content; (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent; or (f) use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service of Crisp.chat, Atlassian, or any connected AI provider.
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Jira Boss AI integrates with third-party platforms including Crisp.chat, Atlassian Jira, and AI services you choose to connect. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use those services in conjunction with the Plugin.
6. AI-Generated Content
When you connect an AI service to generate issue titles and descriptions, the output is produced by the third-party AI provider you have selected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is submitted to Jira.
