1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Magic Story, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service Magic Story is an AI-powered children's storybook app that generates personalized illustrated stories. The app offers three subscription tiers: Free, Standard, and Creator.

3. Use of the App

• The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app or its content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any child profiles created within it.
• AI-generated stories and images are provided for personal entertainment only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• A 7-day free trial is available for Standard and Creator plans. If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods except as required by applicable law.
• Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Stories and images are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.
• Generated content is intended for children and designed to be age-appropriate, but parental supervision is recommended.
• We reserve the right to limit or modify AI generation features at any time.
