These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Moments (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and its users regarding the use of the services provided by the App.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to establish the basic matters necessary for users to use the Moments App, thereby ensuring smooth service operation and building mutual trust.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. "App" refers to the Moments application provided to store and manage users’ records.
2. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the App.
3. "Content" refers to all data created and stored by users within the App, including text, images, photos, audio, videos, and tags.
4. "iCloud Sync" refers to the feature that synchronizes user data across devices through Apple’s iCloud service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms shall become effective when posted within the App or notified through other reasonable means.
2. The App may modify these Terms to the extent that such modifications do not violate applicable laws.
3. In the event of any changes, the App will notify users of the updated content and effective date within the App or through update notices.
4. If a user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may discontinue use of the App.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

1. The Moments App provides the following services:
   • Creation and management of personal records (e.g., journals, notes)
   • Storage of media content such as photos and audio
   • Cross-device synchronization via iCloud (optional)
2. The App may modify or discontinue part of the services due to technical needs or operational reasons.
