1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Block Smash Survival (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Orca Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer of Block Smash Survival.

2. Description of Service

Block Smash Survival is a free-to-play, single-player roguelike brick-breaker game available on iOS, Android, and web platforms. The Game features procedurally generated levels, character progression, meta-upgrades, achievements, and boss encounters. The Game may display optional rewarded advertisements.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this section.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Game;
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game or its related systems;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems or networks.
