NP Mentor Nephrology

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NP Mentor Nephrology mobile application ("App") provided by EMA Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by nurse practitioners, nursing students, and other healthcare professionals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Educational and Informational Use Only

NP Mentor Nephrology is designed as an educational and clinical reference tool for nephrology. ALL content provided in this App, including AI-generated guidance, is for informational and educational purposes only.

The App is NOT a substitute for professional clinical judgment, physician consultation, or evidence-based institutional protocols. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care. Do not use this App to diagnose, treat, or manage individual patients.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Automatic renewal terms as disclosed in the App Store listing, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Apple's payment terms, which govern all transactions made through the App Store.

All subscription purchases and refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for billing inquiries.
