By downloading or using Pick One ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Pick One is a decision-making utility app that allows users to input a set of options and randomly select one. The App includes free basic features and an optional one-time "Lifetime" in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited usage.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Lifetime Purchase

The App offers a one-time, non-recurring "Lifetime" purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features of the App, including but not limited to:

• Unlimited decision cycles
• Sacred Veto overrides
• Decision history and Vault access

3.2 Payment

All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. By completing a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Sale.

3.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

3.4 Restoring Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the App, you may restore your Lifetime purchase at no additional charge using the "Restore" button in the paywall screen.
