These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chirp mobile application ("App") operated by Chirp ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chirp, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chirp is a bird identification application that allows you to:

• Photograph and identify bird species using AI-powered analysis
• Build and manage a personal bird collection (Aviary)
• Browse a bird encyclopedia (BirdDex)
• View leaderboard rankings
• Access daily featured bird content

Some features require an active subscription.

3. Accounts

Registration

To use Chirp, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Chirp offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscription details, including pricing and billing frequency, are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
