Welcome to Squaddle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Squaddle mobile application ("App") operated by Squaddle ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Squaddle is a mobile application that helps groups coordinate schedules, manage events, share tasks, and stay organized together.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Users aged 13-17 must have parental or guardian permission to use the App
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
