Welcome to Verslaaf Studio. These Terms of Service govern all engagements, services, and transactions between Verslaaf Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our clients (“you” or “the client”). By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Verslaaf Studio provides creative services including but not limited to video production, brand design, visual storytelling, and related creative deliverables. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment structure. This may include full upfront payments, milestone payments, or monthly retainers.
Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension of work, or termination of the engagement.
Project timelines are dependent on timely feedback, approvals, and asset delivery from the client. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines without penalty to Verslaaf Studio.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and prompt feedback required for the successful completion of the project.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, project fees include a reasonable number of revisions aligned with the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Verslaaf Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted by a prior written agreement.
