Welcome to Nara ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Nara mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Nara is an AI-powered lifestyle coaching application that provides:
- Personalized wellness recommendations
- Fitness and nutrition planning
- Habit tracking and goal setting
- AI-driven coaching conversations
- Health and wellness reminders

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

## 3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

## 4. Subscription and Payments

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

### 7.1 Disclaimer
The AI-generated recommendations, workout plans, meal suggestions, and coaching advice are for informational purposes only. They are NOT:
- Medical advice
- Professional fitness training
- Nutritional counseling from a licensed dietitian
- Mental health treatment

### 7.2 Consult Professionals
Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

## 8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
