These Terms govern your use of the SumSum app (“Service”).
Casual puzzle gameplay without account creation. Leaderboard data (nickname/scores) is stored via UGS. Ads are served via AdMob.
No reverse engineering, cheating, automated access, or rights infringement. Inappropriate nicknames may be moderated; we may edit/remove scores or restrict access in case of abuse.
All rights to the app and content are owned by the developer. Use is limited to personal entertainment.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for interruptions, errors, data loss, security incidents, or third-party services/ads. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
We may modify or suspend parts of the Service with prior notice where reasonable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA; venue is the courts of San Francisco County (adjust if you prefer a different venue).
