Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Crypto Consulting NZ Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Crypto Consulting NZ Limited provides cryptocurrency consulting services, including but not limited to wallet recovery. We operate online and offer in-person meetings in public areas or at clients' homes in Christchurch and Auckland, NZ

Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by Crypto Consulting NZ Limited shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 of New Zealand. The arbitration shall take place online or in a mutually agreed public location in Christchurch or Auckland, New Zealand.

Payment Terms

• Fees: Our standard consulting fee is $275 NZD + GST per hour. We charge an additional 5% (recovery) fee on any recovered wallet amounts. The recovery fee will be calculated in NZD dollar amount of recovered assets at time of recovery.
• Billing: Clients are required to pay their invoices within one week of receipt. If payment is not received within this period, we will contact the client. If payment remains outstanding after one month, we will engage with a debt collection agency to recover the debt.
• Session Charges: Clients are only charged for the time spent in the session.
• No-Show Fee: A no-show fee of $100 NZD + GST will be charged if a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (24 Hours) or if they do not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
• No Refunds: All payments made to Crypto Consulting NZ Limited are non-refundable.

Release of Liability

• General Release: By using our services, you agree to release Crypto Consulting NZ Limited, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of or related to your use of our services.
