This document outlines the Terms of Service for the Citlali News Discord bots, including the private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) and the Citlali News representative bot for partnerships.
The Citlali News Discord bots are private tools designed exclusively for personal use by the bot owner, with a limited exception for the Citlali News representative bot. The private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) have no commands, no public functionality, and require no purchases. They are not intended for use by anyone other than the bot owner and are not operational on any servers beyond the owner's personal setup.
The Citlali News representative bot is the sole exception, permitted on other servers strictly for partnership purposes. It includes one command solely for messaging the bot owner regarding partnership inquiries. As such, these bots do not provide any broad services, interactive features, or benefits to other users.
By being in a server where any Citlali News Discord bots is present, users acknowledge that the private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) are non-operational and offer no features, interactions, or services for them.
The Citlali News representative bot is limited to partnership-related messaging and does not engage with users beyond that scope. Users agree that these bots do not collect, store, or process any personal data, and no agreement or interaction is required or possible except for the specified partnership command.
The private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) are programmed to remain completely inactive for all users. They will not respond to commands, generate content, perform actions, or interact in any way within Discord servers.
The Citlali News representative bot has minimal functionality: a single command for sending partnership messages to the bot owner. It does not respond to any other inputs, store data, or provide services beyond this limited role. All bots adhere to Discord's Developer Terms of Service and are not designed for public or commercial use.
Since the Citlali News Discord bots have no public commands or extensive functionality, the owner is not liable for any issues, damages, or consequences arising from their presence in a server. The private bots serve only the owner's personal management needs, and the representative bot is restricted to non-intrusive partnership communications. Users assume all risks associated with server participation, and no warranties are provided regarding bot performance or availability.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to the bot’s use going forward.
