These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CLOSURE mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by APP MAGIC SP ZOO, a company registered in Poland (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Services

CLOSURE is a mobile application designed to help individuals cope with breakups by providing:

• AI chatbot support
• No-contact tracker
• Self-care streak tracking
• Educational articles and materials
• Personal journaling space
• “Reasons Why” lists to help you stay on track

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Content

You may submit content to the App, including journal entries and “Reasons Why” lists (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the App’s functionality.
