These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Christopher Edwards ("I", "me", or "my"). By engaging with my services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

I offer AI assistant setup, prompt writing, automation configuration, and digital productivity services. These are provided remotely and customized for each client based on a written or verbal agreement.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Invoices are issued before work begins or after project scope is finalized.

Payment is due immediately unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.

3. Refunds

Because services are customized, all sales are final.

However, if you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of delivery — I’ll do my best to resolve your concern or offer a fair adjustment.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Respond in a timely manner to questions or feedback
• Use AI tools responsibly and within legal bounds
