1. About the App

BartaDut is a digital news platform that includes a news aggregation mobile application and an official website.

• The mobile application aggregates headlines and summaries from well-known Bangladeshi news publishers using publicly available RSS feeds. When a user taps on a news item, the app opens the original publisher’s website inside a web view.

2. Ownership and Operation

BartaDut is a licensed news organization in Bangladesh. The mobile application is operated and published by Mirza Showvik.

3. Content Disclaimer

BartaDut provides two types of content:

1. Aggregated third-party news content (mobile app):
   • Headlines and summaries are collected from publicly available RSS feeds of third-party news publishers.
   • Full articles are not hosted or modified by BartaDut.
   • All third-party content remains the property of the respective publishers.

Opinions expressed in third-party articles belong solely to the original publishers.

• Currently, no sign-up or sign-in is required to use the app.
• In the future, account features (such as bookmarking) may be added.
• When such features are introduced, additional terms may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the app or its services
• Copy, redistribute, or misuse app content without permission
