Terms and Conditions of Use
Figg enables you to see all your assets together, take account of financial goals and understand when changes could be made or advice should be sought.
Transparency and respecting your privacy have the greatest importance for us. Figg is subject to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (“ICO” Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)).
You will be able to connect all your bank accounts, by virtue of The Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which gives you the right to use what are termed Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISPs) and Account Information Service Providers (AISPs). Banks must comply with connection requests where you have given your explicit consent.
Your personal and banking data belong to you and you remain in control of them. In particular, you have the option of revoking or deleting your bank connections at any time.
The Figg UK Service (“the Service”) consists of the Figgwealth.com website (“the Site”), the software applications hosted or made available by us and any other related content and materials, however you access them, whether via the Site or via mobile or tablet app.
These terms of use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to in them (collectively, “the Terms”), apply to your use of the Service. Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Service. By using the Service, you indicate that you accept the Terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

The Service is owned and operated by SISAA (UK) Ltd (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, “Figg”). We are a limited company registered in England and Wales (company reg. no. 13984521) and have our registered office at 159 High Street, Barnet, United Kingdom, EN5 5SU, United Kingdom.
You are hereby informed that the use of the Service through the Figg application or the figg.com website implies acceptance, without reservation, of the present Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of the present T&C's by the User is effective as soon as the User ticks the box provided for this purpose "I accept FIGG's General Conditions" in the Application and on the site, at the time of requesting registration to FIGG's Services, and in particular in the event of creation of an Investor Profile under the conditions described herein. If the User does not accept all of the General Terms and Conditions, the User must not access the services offered by FIGG. Use of FIGG services implies acceptance by the User of the present General Terms and Conditions.
