Client Responsibilities

Payment and Invoicing

• Invoicing and payments are processed through the Contra platform.
• Payment terms, including schedules and amounts, will be specified in individual project proposals or agreements.
• Ownership of deliverables remains with pixelbounce.co until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you, excluding third-party licensed content.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and related materials created by pixelbounce.co remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.
• Any third-party content, such as fonts or stock images, used in your project remains subject to their respective licenses.

Liability and Warranty

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or suitability for all purposes.
• pixelbounce.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
