Article 2 (Definition)

  3. “Electric moped sharing” refers to using the electric moped owned by the company through the app.

  4. “Electric moped for rental” (hereinafter “motorized moped”) refers to a means of transportation provided by a company that has two or more wheels with drive, steering, and brake devices, and is powered by electricity. Hereinafter, unless specifically stated in these terms and conditions, “motorized mopeds for rental” and “terminals” are collectively referred to as “motorized mopeds”.

  1. “Use fee” refers to the fee for the usage time from the time the electric moped is unlocked to the time it is locked again.

  1. The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as stipulated in relevant laws, commercial practices and usage policies, except for those specified in Article 2.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

  1. These terms and conditions are effective for all members who wish to use the service.

  2. This agreement becomes effective when the company posts this agreement on the service screen or the connection screen of the initial screen (“Settings” menu) or notifies the member in other ways so that members can easily understand the contents of this agreement. Do it.

  3. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the 「Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions」, 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.」 (hereinafter referred to as the “Information Communication Network Act”). If the terms and conditions are revised, the company will immediately notify or notify the revised terms and conditions together with the current terms and conditions by e-mail or in the same way as in paragraph 2 7 days before the effective date of the revised terms However, changes to important regulations regarding the rights or obligations of members will be notified individually at least 30 days before the effective date of the revised terms and conditions.

If the company clearly notifies or notifies the revised terms and conditions in accordance with the preceding paragraph, and does not express an intention to refuse to the member by the effective date of the revised terms and conditions, the member clearly announces or notifies that it is deemed to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions.   5. If a member does not agree to the application of the revised terms and conditions, the company cannot apply the contents of the revised terms and conditions, and in this case, the company or members may terminate the use contract.

Article 4 (membership registration and establishment of use contract)

  1. A person who wishes to become a member of this service may complete the consent procedure for this Agreement and separate “Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information”, “Consent to Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party”, and “Consent to Location Information” The use contract is concluded by applying for membership and approving such application by the company.

  2. In principle, the company approves the use of the service for the application for subscription by a person who wants to become a member. However, the company may not approve any of the following applications.

  1. If the applicant is under the age of 16 as of the application date

  3. In case the information on identification and driver's license is not suitable for the company's examination and approval criteria

  4. In case of insufficient information or qualifications necessary for service use

  5. If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, except for cases in which the company's approval for re-registration is obtained.

  6. In case the approval of the company is impossible due to reasons attributable to the applicant for membership registration, or the application is made in violation of other stipulated matters

  1. Notwithstanding Paragraph 2 of this Article, the Company may withhold the approval of the application for use if there are any of the following reasons. At this time, the company posts matters related to withholding approval to the applicant for use in the service notice.
  1. When there is no room in facilities such as electric mopeds and servers, or there is a technical problem

  2. When the company determines that it is necessary to temporarily withhold new members in consideration of the driving environment such as traffic conditions

  3. When other companies deem it necessary by reasonable judgment

  1. The company may withdraw the approval or restrict the use in the following cases.
  1. If the information entered at the time of application for registration is found to be false

  2. In the case of using another person's or fictitious person's credit card, mobile phone number, or driver's license information

  3. If any of the credit card, mobile phone number, or driver's license information for which you applied for registration matches the information of the member who has already signed up

  4. When one person applies for duplicate use

  5. When it is confirmed that it is an unfair application for use, such as a violation of these Terms and Conditions or an illegal application for use, for profit of oneself or others

  1. In the application pursuant to Paragraph 1, the company may request real name verification and identification through a specialized agency according to the type of member.

  2. The company may withhold approval if there is no room for service-related facilities, or if there is a technical or business problem.

  3. You can apply for use only if you have a payment card and mobile phone number in your name and have obtained a driver's license (driver's license to drive a motorized bicycle).

  4. The company may classify the membership application by grade according to the company policy and divide the usage fee, service menu, etc. into different usage.
