By downloading, installing, or using the MultiDraw application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. License to Use

Antonio Ferrara grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

3. User Content and Data Storage

Any drawings, images, or content you create using MultiDraw ("User Content") belong entirely to you.

• Local Storage: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not host, sync, or back up your data to any external servers.
• Data Loss: Because your data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for backing up your User Content. We are not responsible for any loss of drawings or data due to app deletion, device failure, software updates, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Antonio Ferrara expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the app. We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruption, meet your performance expectations, or be entirely error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Antonio Ferrara be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or device malfunction) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
