The following terms and conditions apply to the childcare discount offered to employees of Paint Pots Nursery. By enrolling your child and applying for the discount, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
- The staff childcare discount is available to permanent employed staff of Paint Pots Nursery only.
- Bank staff, agency workers, volunteers, and temporary contract staff are not eligible for this benefit.
- Staff can apply for their discount from the first day of their employment and must be responsible for informing their manager who will make necessary adjustments to their childcare accounts and inform the accounts team.
Discount Rates
- Permanent staff are entitled to a 100% discount on standard childcare fees for their first child attending Paint Pots Nursery. This includes staff children attending Paint Pots After School or Holiday Club.
- Any additional children of the same staff member will receive a 50% discount.
- A 50% discount is also available for grandchildren of permanent staff.
- Discounts apply only to children or grandchildren attending Paint Pots Nursery.
- Twins will be discounted 100% for the first child and 50% for the second.
Terms of Use
- Discounts apply only to places booked and paid for directly by the eligible staff member.
- Discounts are valid only during the staff member’s contracted working hours, including up to 15 minutes before and after shifts for drop-off and pick-up.
- Any additional childcare hours outside contracted work hours will be charged at the full standard rate.
- The childcare discount applies to staff children who attend Paint Pots After School or Holiday Club, if the staff member is contracted to work the hours, the child needs care for.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or reductions unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- The discount is valid only while the staff member remains actively employed on a permanent contract.
- If a staff member resigns, is terminated, or changes status (e.g., moves to bank staff), the discount ends on their final day of contracted employment.
