The Hodly Heroes of Yestermorrow (HHoYM) is a collection of digital assets represented by non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Zilliqa blockchain. Ownership of these digital assets (hereafter "Hodlies") is governed solely by the smart contracts running on the Zilliqa network. This website and all connected services are provided as is, and with no warranties of any kind. By using this website, you accept sole responsibility for any transactions involving the Hodlies, and you agree wholly to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
There is no guarantee of secondary market price or rarity. Please do not buy Hodly Heroes of Yestermorrow for speculative purposes.
In most cases currently, you will probably only see “preview art” of your Hodly; which is to say, a static PNG image. The “true” Hodly NFT is a .GLB file which will only be called for interactive/3D environments and situations.
Ownership of the Hodlies is governed solely by the Zilliqa blockchain and the smart contracts deployed thereon. As a decentralized blockchain, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions made. You accept sole responsibility for any transactions made which involve the Hodlies. (Try not to let them fall through another portal, if you can help it.)
First off, Pelenia and Pelenia DAO reserve the right to use the likeness of all Hodly Heroes of Yestermorrow NFTs for marketing and promotional purposes. This obviously will not change ownership of the NFT, but please understand that you may see your Hodly in online or published marketing materials. (Contact us on Telegram if you’d specifically like to “opt out” of this—no problem.)
As long as you continue to comply with these Terms, Pelenia DAO grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and make derivative works, including making “synthesized” or “sub-” NFTs, provided that (i) credit is never taken for the creation of the work and (ii) the original name of the character collection “Hodly Heroes of Yestermorrow” is given proper credit.

We recommend that any third party site using your Hodly likeness cryptographically verifies each Hodly owner’s rights to display their Hodly to prevent non-owners from displaying illicit copies of the Hodly; only you should be making revenue from your Hodly.
While we’ll do our best, we make no guarantee on any future work or consistent development on this project, including cross-chain support. Progress will be dependent on funding and the development in the web3 and FOSS space.
In the event any provision or part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Terms, will be inoperative.
