By downloading, installing, or using StepBloom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and operator of StepBloom ("we", "us", or "our").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
StepBloom is an iOS application that tracks your daily step count via Apple HealthKit and displays a flower blooming animation that progresses based on your activity. The App includes:
Daily step tracking and visualisation
Animated flower blooming sequences
A flower collection with free and premium content
Step history and streak tracking
Subscription-based access to app features
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StepBloom. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
4.1 Free Trial
StepBloom offers a free trial period upon first download. The duration of the free trial is as specified in the App at the time of download. At the end of the free trial, continued access to the App requires an active subscription. You will not be charged during the free trial period.
4.2 Subscription Plans
StepBloom offers the following subscription options:
Monthly subscription: billed monthly
Annual subscription: billed annually
