本利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、本アプリ Sentiary（以下、「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
- 本サービスの内容
・本アプリは、音声日記の録音・文字起こし・閲覧、およびAIを活用した文章整理・感情タグ付け・要約・分析などの機能を提供します。
・AI機能を利用する場合、選択した日記テキストはプライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり OpenAI, LLC に送信され、Google Firebase（Cloud Functions）を経由します。AI処理のために録音音声ファイルは送信しません。
- AI結果の性質
・AIが生成する文章・分析結果は、必ずしも正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。
・本アプリおよび開発者は、AI結果に基づいてユーザーが行った判断・行動について、一切の責任を負いません。
- Pro機能と課金
・本アプリには、無料版とPro機能（有料・月額課金）があります。
・Pro機能の内容、価格、利用回数の上限（例：月100回）は、将来変更される場合があります。
・課金・解約・返金ポリシーは、App Storeの利用規約および各プラットフォームのルールに従います。
- サービスの変更・停止
・開発者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの全部または一部の機能を変更・中断・終了することができます。
・重大な障害やセキュリティ上の理由により、一時的にサービスを停止する場合があります。
- 禁止事項
・法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用
・他者の権利・プライバシーを侵害する行為
・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 免責事項
・本アプリの利用により生じたあらゆる損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
・ただし、適用法令により一部免費が制限される場合、その範囲でのみ責任を負うものとします。
- 準拠法
・本規約は、日本法に準拠し解釈されます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the app Sentiary (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
- Service description
· The App provides voice diary recording, transcription, viewing, and AI-powered formatting, emotion tagging, summary, and analysis.
· If you use AI features, diary text you choose is sent to OpenAI, LLC and transits through Google Firebase (Cloud Functions) as described in the Privacy Policy. Audio is not sent for AI processing.
- Nature of AI results
· AI-generated text and analysis are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
· The developer is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI results.
- Pro features and payment
· The App has a free tier and Pro (paid) features. Pro is a monthly subscription.
· Pro features, pricing, and usage limits (e.g. monthly caps) may change.
· Payment, cancellation, and refunds follow the App Store and platform rules.
- Service changes and suspension
· The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it without prior notice.
· Service may be temporarily suspended for critical issues or security reasons.
- Prohibited use
· Use that violates laws or public order
· Infringement of others' rights or privacy
· Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
- Disclaimer
· The developer is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

· These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
