1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by TheCmute ("we", "us", or "our"), a design subscription service operated by Karan P. Goswami, an individual based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India. By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TheCmute provides flat-rate design subscription services to clients globally, including but not limited to founders, businesses, creators, and individuals. These Terms apply to all clients regardless of their country of residence or business registration.

2. Definitions

"Services" refers to all design, creative, and related deliverables provided by TheCmute under a subscription or one-time arrangement.
"Client" refers to any individual or entity that subscribes to or purchases services from TheCmute.
"Subscription" refers to the recurring monthly plan chosen by the Client (Sketch, Pro, or Studio).
"Deliverables" refers to all design files, assets, documents, and outputs produced by TheCmute for the Client.
"Brief" refers to the design request submitted by the Client through the designated request system.

3. Services and Subscription Plans

3.1 Plan Overview

TheCmute currently offers three subscription tiers: Sketch (free trial), Pro, and Studio. The features, pricing, and terms of each plan are as described on the TheCmute website at the time of subscription and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

3.2 Scope of Services

Each subscription plan entitles the Client to submit design requests as outlined in the relevant plan. Work is delivered on a sequential basis unless otherwise specified by the plan. TheCmute reserves the right to break complex or multi-part requests into milestones and deliver them progressively.

3.3 Turnaround Time

TheCmute aims to deliver most design requests within 24 to 72 business hours. Turnaround time is an estimate and not a contractual guarantee. Complex or large-scope requests may take longer and will be communicated to the Client in advance.
