Our site is hosted on Framer, with all purchases occurring through the Zendo/Stripe platforms. They provide us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We do not take responsibility for any issues in using these platforms.

For avoidance of doubt, “illegal or unauthorized use” includes, but is not limited to: copying, exporting, redistributing, or reverse-engineering any design files, project assets, or proprietary software; scraping data or metadata from Designko platforms; impersonating Designko staff; or using our deliverables for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purposes.
Designko reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to any platform, workspace, or service immediately and without refund if such activity is suspected or confirmed. Termination for cause under this section shall not relieve the client of any payment obligations already incurred.
Designko may review and log account activity when investigating technical or security incidents. Such monitoring will be limited to legitimate business, legal, or compliance purposes and treated as confidential.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Designko, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any losses, claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the client’s unlawful, negligent, or unauthorized use of Designko’s platforms or intellectual property.
