Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use aim to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Cellology shopping website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), operated by DERMAHK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and its users when using the online services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services," which are accessible regardless of the type of terminal device used).

※ These Terms of Use apply to electronic commerce transactions conducted via PC communications, wireless devices, and other means.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Website" refers to the virtual business establishment set up by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") and may also refer to the operator of the shopping website.
  2. "User" refers to any member or non-member who accesses the Website and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms of Use.

However, the terms may be provided via a linked page for users to review.
  2. Before obtaining the user’s consent to these Terms of Use, the Website shall provide separate linked pages or pop-up windows for critical terms such as cancellation policies, delivery responsibilities, and return conditions to ensure users understand them.
  3. The Website may modify these Terms of Use within the scope permitted by relevant laws, including the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, Terms and Conditions Regulation Act, Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, Electronic Financial Transactions Act, Digital Signature Act, Information and Communications Network Act, Door-to-Door Sales Act, and Framework Act on Consumers.
  4. If the Website modifies the Terms of Use, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for the modification between 7 days before the effective date and the effective date itself. However, if the changes are unfavorable to users, a notice period of at least 30 days shall be provided to allow users to adapt.
  5. Modified terms apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date. Contracts concluded before the effective date remain subject to the previous terms. However, if a user requests to apply the modified terms during the notice period under Article 3 and the Website agrees, the modified terms shall apply.
  6. Matters not specified in these Terms and their interpretation shall follow the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, Terms and Conditions Regulation Act, guidelines set by the Fair Trade Commission, relevant laws, or commercial practices.

    1. Information on goods or services and purchase agreements.
    2. Agreements related to the delivery of goods or services.
    3. Other services determined separately by the Website.
