These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nostalgia (“Nostalgia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Nostalgia mobile application, websites, software, services, subscriptions, voice features, AI features, journaling tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service” or the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Nostalgia, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are intended to supplement any applicable app store terms, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. What Nostalgia Is

Nostalgia is a conversational journaling app that helps users capture personal memories through voice, text, photos, and AI-assisted conversation.

The App may allow you to:

• Speak with an AI journaling companion
• Record voice journal sessions
• Generate transcripts
• Create AI-generated journal summaries
• Save written journal entries
• Attach photos
• Browse past entries
• Receive reminders or notifications
• Use subscription-based voice or AI features

Nostalgia is designed for personal journaling, memory keeping, and self-reflection. It is not a medical, mental health, emergency, legal, financial, or professional advice service.
