WellnessHQ provides the infrastructure to facilitate discovery, booking, and payment, but does not itself host or deliver the sessions.
2. Nature of Relationship
WellnessHQ functions solely as an intermediary and technology enabler, connecting users with independent Coaches who offer wellness programs and sessions. Each Coach operates independently and is solely responsible for the content, quality, delivery, and results of the sessions they offer. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that all sessions are conducted by the Coaches and not by WellnessHQ.
3. No Medical or Health Guarantees
WellnessHQ does not provide any medical advice or health guarantees. The programs listed on the Platform are for general wellness purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed healthcare professionals. We do not make any claims or assurances regarding specific outcomes from participating in any program or session offered via the Platform.
Your participation in any program or session is voluntary and at your sole discretion and risk. We recommend consulting your physician before beginning any wellness, diet, or fitness routine.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting the programs and Coaches that best suit your goals. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, making payments, or interacting with the Platform. You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches listed on WellnessHQ are independent professionals who have been onboarded based on their qualifications and expertise. They are responsible for creating, managing, and delivering their respective programs and sessions. Coaches are required to maintain professional conduct and deliver services as described in their listings. WellnessHQ is not liable for any misrepresentation, misconduct, or negligence on the part of any Coach.
6. Payments and Fees
All payments for consultations, program subscriptions, or other services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated with the Platform. WellnessHQ may charge service fees or commissions for facilitating these transactions. Prices are determined by the Coaches and may vary based on program structure. All payments made through the Platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Coach or required by applicable law.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies may vary by Coach and program. It is your responsibility to review the specific terms and conditions associated with the service you purchase. WellnessHQ does not provide refunds directly unless explicitly stated, and all disputes must be resolved directly with the respective Coach or service provider.
8. Platform Content and Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of WellnessHQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform content without prior written consent from us.
