JUST SLEEP: REST & RELAX

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Just Sleep: Rest & Relax ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the App developer ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the App following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we have reason to believe you do not meet these requirements.

3. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the App
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App
