PART I: USER SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• 1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Services.
• 1.2 Account Security. To access certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

• 2.1 Ownership of Services. The Services, including source code, UI/UX, trademarks, and algorithms (excluding Your Content), are owned by the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• 2.2 Your Content (Input). You retain ownership of any text, images, or data you upload or input into the Services ("Input").
• 2.3 AI Generated Content (Output). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the content generated by the Services based on your Input ("Output"). You are free to use your Output for commercial purposes.
• 2.4 License to Company. By using the Services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Input and Output solely for the purposes of: (i) providing and maintaining the Service; (ii) complying with applicable laws; and (iii) enforcing our policies.

1. Subscription and Payments

• 3.1 Fees. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

PART II: AI FUNCTIONALITY USE NOTICE (AI DISCLAIMER)

1. Artificial Intelligence Interactions

• 4.1 Nature of AI. You acknowledge that our Services use probabilistic Artificial Intelligence systems. AI systems are not perfect and may generate Output that is inaccurate, offensive, or technically incorrect ("Hallucinations").

• 4.2 No Guarantee of Uniqueness. Due to the nature of AI, other users may provide similar Inputs and receive similar Outputs. You acknowledge that your Output may not be unique across all users.

• 4.3 No Reliance. You should not rely on the Services for professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice). You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any Output before publishing or using it.

• 4.4 Model Training.

  We do not use your private Inputs or Outputs to train our generally available foundation models without your explicit permission.
