1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement" or "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "user") and Vlad Volkov, a sole proprietorship based in Lithuania (referred to as "I", "me", or "my").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of my mobile applications, games, and any related services, websites, or features (collectively, the "Services" or "App"). By downloading, installing, or using any of my Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and should delete it from your device.

I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "AI-Assisted Features" means any features that use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated systems to generate, suggest, or create content.
• "Generated Content" means any content produced through AI-Assisted Features based on your inputs.
• "Premium Features" means enhanced functionality available exclusively to users with an active paid subscription. Premium Features may include access to AI-Assisted Features on an as-available basis, but such features are not guaranteed.
• "User-Generated Content" or "UGC" means content you create, submit, or store within the App, such as custom card decks or similar materials.
• "User Prompts" means text inputs, descriptions, or instructions you submit when using AI-Assisted Features.

3. Changes to This Agreement

I may update or modify this Agreement at any time at my sole discretion. When I do, I will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

4. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users who are at least 4 years old. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

I do not knowingly permit the use of the App by individuals under 4. If you are under 4, you must not use the App and must delete it from your device.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's device use and ensuring they do not access the App.
