PourSense Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PourSense (the “App” or “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, including purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PourSense is a mobile app for pour-over coffee recipe management, brew logging, and insight analysis.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to use the Service and consent to in-app purchases under applicable law.

If you are a minor, you must use the Service with consent from your parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

1. PourSense offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual).
2. A 7-day free trial may be available for the Annual plan, subject to country/store/promotion conditions.
3. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store billing system.
4. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. Pricing, plan structure, and promotions may change with prior notice.

4. Subscription Management and Cancellation

You can manage, cancel, or modify your subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS.

5. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled under Apple’s refund policies and must be requested via Apple Support.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
