Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Foli mobile application (the “App”) operated by Foli (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Foli is a portfolio tracking application that allows you to:

• Create and manage investment portfolios.
• Track asset holdings, transactions, and performance.
• View market prices and calculate profit/loss.
• Export your portfolio data.

Foli is an informational tool only. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. It does not execute trades or connect to brokerage accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App by automated means.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foli and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your portfolio data remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
