Base44 provides cross-border investment verification services. We deploy local investigators to physically verify companies you're evaluating or monitoring.

We deliver findings and a clear verdict. We don't provide investment advice or make investment decisions for you.

How Engagements Work

Discovery Call

• We discuss your deal, what needs verification, and timeline
• We assess whether we can help and quote a fixed fee
• No charge for the initial call

Proposal

• We send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing
• Fixed fee based on complexity (no hourly billing)
• Usually $75K-$150K for pre-deal verification

Agreement
