1) Who we are

Ventry is a trading name of Matis Pieters.

These Terms apply to business customers purchasing our services.

2) Key definitions

• Business Day: a day other than a weekend or public holiday in [Country].
• Order: your purchase via our checkout (Lemon Squeezy) and any scope stated on the product/variant page.
• Business Customer: a legal entity or natural person acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession (including sole traders/self-employed, registered or not).

3) Services & scope

We provide AI-powered automation services, including:

AutoEngine Core (fixed-price project)

• Deliverables: Notion HQ dashboard + up to 2 workflows.
• Scope limits: ≤ 2 apps per workflow, ≤ 6 steps per workflow, basic filters/mapping; no custom code/auth; no complex API pagination.
• Handover: documentation + 1 training session.
• Stabilization: 2 bug-fix rounds within 14 days after delivery (bug fixes only).
• Timeline: target 10 Business Days from kickoff (see §5).
• Client provides access to all tools (Notion, Zapier/Make, Shopify, email, calendars, etc.).
