These Terms govern your use of the Finny app (“Service”), owned by Finny. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use Finny or have parental/guardian permission. You are responsible for your account and all activity within it.

3. Account Use

• You agree to provide accurate info.
• Don’t use our service for illegal activities.
• Don’t try to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the app.

4. AI & Financial Advice

Finny uses AI to offer educational and smart suggestions. It is not a financial advisor. All actions you take based on insights are at your own discretion.

5. Bank Account Connections

We use Plaid to securely connect your bank. You agree to Plaid’s End User Services Agreement by using this feature.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspicious activity, or abuse.
