BNV is a decentralised application and digital marketplace operating on the Ethereum blockchain. The platform uses smart contracts that enable Brands and Creators to sell 3D representations of fashion apparel, footwear, accessories and other Items as NFT’s via auction and on a peer-to-peer marketplace. Customers may trade, transfer, auction, or display their collected BNV Items on the BNV platform.
To access the platform in full you will need to have a crypto wallet installed as a browser plugin or via a dApp on a phone. You will not be able to bid, buy or trade on BNV without a compatible wallet on the Ethereum blockchain. Currently we support Metamask and Torus wallets.
Transactions that take place on the Platform are managed and confirmed via the Ethereum blockchain. The User understands that your Ethereum public address will be made publicly visible whenever you engage in a transaction on the Platform. BNV will not be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any other interaction with any third parties such as Metamask, Torus, Google, or similar.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account and your crypto wallet and agree to undertake to maintain at all times adequate security and control of all of your Account details, passwords, personal identification numbers or any other codes that you use to access the Platform or the Services. You must ensure that any account registered under your name will not be used by any other person.
