These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GramAl mobile application (“App”), developed and provided by ONNEX Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“ONNEX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

GramAl is an AI-powered visual analysis tool that provides approximate weight estimates of objects based on images captured or uploaded by the user. The App uses computer vision and artificial intelligence models to generate non-certified, approximate results for personal and informational reference only.

GramAl does not function as a physical scale, measuring device, or certified weighing instrument.

2. Accuracy & Disclaimer

All results provided by the App are estimates only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Weight values are approximate and non-precise
• Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, object type, angle, and environmental conditions
• The App does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any result

The App must not be used for:

• Trade or commercial transactions
• Medical, health, or dietary decisions
• Safety-critical, legal, or regulatory purposes
