These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Rarible, Inc. (“Rarible,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your use of the Thx App and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

By using the Service, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts;
2. You are not subject to sanctions or restricted lists issued by any governmental authority;
3. You use the Service for lawful purposes only; and
4. You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Thx App provides a simple interface for users to:

• Create and manage a self-custodial wallet (via third-party provider Privy);
• Purchase Bitcoin (cbBTC) on the Base blockchain using Apple Pay, powered by Coinbase’s Onramp;
• View their digital asset balance and transaction history.

Rarible does not custody your funds or private keys. You are solely responsible for managing your wallet.

3. Relationship of parties

Rarible, Inc. is not a broker, financial institution, or investment advisor.
