Pricing & Payments
- Please note that the prices given for some items are estimated prices and may change. The actual price could be more or less than what's given.
- Down payment (DP) is required before we purchase or search for the items to prevent 'hit and run' and to allow us to buy items immediately. (You'll receive a full refund within 3x24 of the pre-order closing date if we can’t get the item.)
- We only accept payments through blu by BCA Digital & ShopeePay.
- Full payment is due within 3 days of receiving your invoice. (Kindly let us know asap if there are any payment issues.)
- Late payments will incur a fine of 5k/day.
- If payment isn't made within 2 weeks of the invoice date, your down payment will be forfeited, and the items will be ours.
Orders & Cancellations
- Once a down payment is made, cancellations are not permitted unless there's a significant price change or the product is out of stock (opslot is allowed).
- If an item has a factory defect, we will inform you beforehand. However, we do not accept refunds, discounts, or cancellations for factory defects unless the issue is on our end.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipment will be made a maximum of 3 business days after full payment is received.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Complaints
- We do not accept refunds or returns unless we are directly responsible for the issue.
- All complaints must be supported by a complete, uncut unboxing video and be submitted no later than 3 days (H+3) after your package arrives.
- We ensure all orders are secure and well-packed before shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. For such issues, please contact the delivery service directly.
