✦ How Our Services Work

Through a subscription model, Floxie Studio offers graphic design, web design, and development, as well as UI/UX design services. Subscribers (Clients) can submit unlimited design requests (Requests), with one active request at a time, for a fixed recurring monthly fee.

A Request may include, for example:

• Creating a graphic based on provided visual assets and text.
• Designing or developing a website.
• Improving user experience for an application.
• Resizing an image to specific dimensions while maintaining proportions.

Requests must align with our scope of work and follow our submission guidelines. Some complex or custom web development projects may require additional discussions or a separate agreement beyond the standard subscription.

Our Service Workflow:

• Subscription & Access: Upon subscribing, Clients gain access to a designated project board to manage all their design and development requests.
• Pending Requests: Clients can queue an unlimited number of Requests.
• In Progress: Only one Request can be active at a time. Additional Requests marked as "In Progress" will not be processed until the active Request is completed or revised.
• In Review: Completed Requests are placed here for Client review.
• Approved: Requests are moved here once the Client approves the final design or development and receives the necessary files.
• Completed: An archive of all approved Requests.
• Revisions: Clients may request unlimited revisions. However, the average delivery time per Request remains 72 hours.

Floxie Studio reserves the right to reject any Request that is deemed unreasonable, outside our scope of work, violates ethical or legal guidelines, or infringes upon third-party rights.
