1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have the meanings set forth in the definitions below. The following definitions have the same meaning in both the singular and plural forms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company (referred to in this Agreement as "Company", "we", "us", "our") means Crescellere Limited (Company No. 9255253, NZBN: 9429052170065), trading as YJ Consulting, with its registered address at 64 Bob Charles Drive, Golflands, Auckland 2013, New Zealand.
• Contractor means an independent professional engaged by the Company to deliver specialised services to Clients on the Company's behalf.
• Country means New Zealand.
• Device means any device that can access the Services, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
• Related Party means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party. "Control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity, or other securities entitling one to vote for the election of directors or other governing bodies.
• Services means the professional consulting and advisory services provided by the Company — including (but not limited to) business management consulting, regulatory compliance advisory, human resources consulting, dispute resolution support, operational improvement, document preparation, research and analysis — as well as the Website and any digital platforms operated by the Company.
• Services Agreement means the formal letter of engagement and consulting services agreement entered into between the Company and a Client for a specific engagement.
• Website means the YJ Consulting website at https://consultyj.com
• You (also referred to as "Client") means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf the Services are accessed or used.

3. Acknowledgement

These are the terms and conditions governing the use of the Services and the agreement between you and the Company. These terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users in relation to the use of the Services.

Your access to and use of the Services is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the Services.
